‘Sculpture on Hong Kong Sea’ Ltd was registered in Hong Kong on 23 October 2008 as a non-profit organization.

Its 3 founders/directors are Eric Delannoy (a Frenchman resident of Hong Kong since 1988, art lover, ex - sales director with a prestigious luxury company), Sum Kwok (born in Hong Kong, an architect), and Derek Wan (born in Hong Kong, lived in the UK for more than 12 years, a businessman).

It received the charitable status on 5 November 2009 .

Ludwig (French artist, working with/on the ‘climate’, based in Wuhan since 2006) is the Artistic Director. He will be the Head of the Selection Committee for the 1 st edition (2009) of Sculpture on Hong Kong Sea.

We are very honored to have a number of respectable individuals in the field of Arts giving their precious support and advice since we first put ourselves on this project back in January 2008, there are (in order of their ‘appearance’) : Yeung Yang, Victor Tai Sheung-Shing, Bill Chan Kwok-Man, Eddie Lui Fung-Ngar, Kurt Chan Yuk-Keung, Connie Lam Suk-Yee, John Batten, Oscar Ho Hing-Kay, Lukas Tam Wai Ping.
